Sarah leads the operations across Oasis Community Housing and directly leads the Fundraising, Finance, HR and Admin teams within Oasis Community Housing, ensuring that all our staff have the requisite support they need to effectively carry out their important roles, including the funding to keep our projects delivering and serving the most vulnerable in our communities.

Sarah has been a qualified chartered accountant for more than 20 years. She has worked in the housing sector for over 15 years, and has been a senior leader within the sector for over 10 years, leading on Finance, HR, IT and Governance. She has worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers, Gateshead Housing Company and Northern Housing Consortium and has a wide skill set beyond finance.

Sarah is also Chair of Durham Wildlife Trust, a busy mum of 5 and a cricket enthusiast.
